ReceiptRail Privacy Policy

ReceiptRail is an early-stage product. We collect the minimum information needed to respond to waitlist requests, schedule demos, and understand product interest.

If you submit a waitlist form, we store your email, selected role, submission time, and any attribution metadata included with the request. Waitlist records are stored in ReceiptRail's configured Postgres database when available, with an internal scratch-storage fallback used only when database access is not yet configured or is temporarily unavailable.

If you accept analytics cookies, we may process page views, click events, outbound-link activity, and UTM attribution for product and marketing analysis. Declining analytics disables those events in the current implementation.
